00:07at the yellow stickers and the knockdowns in Lidl and Aldi and things. I think you get

00:12a much better deal. And also, I think with the meal deals, there's unhealthy parts of

00:19that. Bags of crisps, can of Coke, that kind of thing.

00:22I'm not going to struggle on that because I don't do meal deals. I tend to cook everything

00:25from scratch. So I'm aware that there's an M&S one for two courses for £10, I think.

00:31My mum does it all the time. But I don't know. I feel like the portion sizes are quite small

00:36if you buy ready meals. No. So my go-to would be not to use the meal

00:41deal. I will actively look for the cheapest sandwich and only buy that and not do the

00:46meal deal. There used to be a £1 baguette shop and then

00:49that went up to £2. And now I think one of them's closed and the other ones are a bit

00:52further away from here. This probably still is. It's up to £4 usually.
