00:18A total of 77 LGUs in Central Luzon were cited for obtaining a 100% rating in the recent
00:26Anti-Drug Abuse Council or ADAC performance audit.
00:30DILG Bureau of Local Government Supervision Director Debbie Torres said that out of the
00:3677 LGUs, 26 were hailed as national awardees while the remaining 51 were recognized as
00:43regional awardees.
00:45The recognition and excellence for the Anti-Drug Abuse Council's performance audit speak volumes
00:52on the caliber of leadership and innovation in the region.
00:57National awardees include all towns in the province of Aurora, namely Baler, Kasiguran,
01:03Dilasag, Dinalungan, Dingalan, Dipakulao, Maria Aurora, and San Luis.
01:09Criteria for determining high functional ADACs include a rating of not lower than 80% in
01:15Barangay ADAC with high functionality, ability to maintain drug-cleared or drug-free status,
01:22and reduction of drug cases in the area for 2023.
