00:23shared the results of the Mindanao Trust Respect and Safety Study, or MTRSS,
00:29a scientific baseline survey on public safety, satisfaction, and service delivery
00:34by the Philippine National Police, which is part of the Mindanao Agenda 2023-2028.
00:40The survey revealed the third-quarter peace and order perception in Caracas,
00:44with PNP Caracas receiving a 91% satisfaction rating, 89% in respect and trust,
00:5188% in security, and 87% in safety.

01:31solidifying its status as the safest province in the region.
01:35The MTRSS survey, which began in 2022, is led by Minda,
01:41using the sampling design and random selection of respondents from residents,
01:46tourists, and travelers aged 18 and above in targeted locations.
