00:00The Commission on Audit submitted four audit reports to the Independent Commission for Infrastructure.

00:06This regarding the P330 million worth of ghost and unauthorized relocated flood control projects in Bulacan.

00:15According to COA, four anomalous projects were discovered, including two in Malolo City, one in Giginto and one in Kalumpit.

00:23These were implemented by DPWH Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office and contractor Wawa Builders.

00:31COA recommends to ICI the implementation of appropriate criminal, civil and administrative action and possible referral to the Ombudsman.
