00:21pick and also I understand how good the Buffalo Bill's Josh Allen as we look around there the

00:25Jets are going to be looking for a quarterback Miami who knows what's going on that's a much

00:28better situation to me than being planted in some of these other spots Jaguars might be decent look

00:32the Bears as much as it seems great that looks like it's going to be a tough division over the

00:36next couple years but here's the issue too Ben there's 32 NFL teams right so there's only 32

00:41jobs that you have I think the coaching market would be much better if coaches weren't being

00:45fired on a year-to-year basis like hey sign a five-year deal get fired after one because we

00:49see seven openings there's not seven good head coaches that are going to be able to land these

00:53positions and turn these franchises around which is why we get coaches that are fired right away

00:57we go like this guy thinks like Tennessee should be looking for a new head coach like Callahan goes

01:01there he was abysmal this season guys that are getting coaching jobs that shouldn't get it right
