My name is Matthew Kuplack, and I founded Matt-Hat Jerky in 2017 when I was just 11 years old. However, the story of Matt-Hat Jerky truly began generations earlier. My Grandpa Kuplack, long before I was born, crafted incredible beef jerky that became a family favorite. Though he never sold it, he generously shared it with friends and loved ones, creating a tradition of flavorful jerky that inspired me to carry on his legacy and share it with the world.
