00:20The alert warning on heavy rain and thunderstorms with possible flooding has now been extended
00:26until 11pm on Friday night.
00:29In this sense, the severe weather conditions have been attributed to the transition between
00:33the two monsoons.
00:35While the beginning of the northeast monsoon was declared on Thursday, the northeast monsoon
00:40had started later than usual this year.
