00:09In a statement released on his Telegram channel, the minister expressed Mr. Blinken, promoter

00:14and defender of fascism in Venezuela, your words are not surprising coming from an official

00:20of an outgoing and failed government that will go down in history as one of the most

00:25incompetent and harmful leaderships in the U.S. foreign policy.

00:29The communique continues, Blinken's desperation leads him to support the worst opposition

00:35that Venezuela has known in the last 25 years, nothing but terrorists, without leadership

00:41nor popular support, and complicit in every defeat suffered by the U.S., according to

00:47For four years, the United States has failed in its plan against Venezuela, and this time
