00:14Batu Pahat Police Chief ACP Syahrul Anwar Musyaddat Abdullah Sani said the victim, Afiqah

00:20Syawrah Qamarul Arifin, died at the scene from severe head injuries.

00:25Preliminary investigations revealed that the father, aged 37, was riding with his daughters,

00:31aged four, seven and eight, from Serngarang to Minyak Berku, when a lorry exited a junction

00:36without yielding, causing the collision.

00:39The two older children suffered minor injuries, while the father sustained facial and chest

00:44wounds.

00:45All are receiving treatment at Sultana Nora Ismail Hospital.

00:49The lorry driver and his assistant were unharmed.

00:53The case is being investigated under Section 41, Subsection 1 of the Road Transport Act

00:581987 for reckless driving.
