00:00Pinoy bowler, Mark Custodio, shared the start of his career

00:05towards the success that he achieved this year.

00:07Teammate Bernadette Chinoy has the story.

00:11Mark Custodio was 10 years old when he entered the world of sports.

00:16He started with a family hobby, joined local bowling tournaments

00:20until he fought in the International Youth Open at the age of 16.

00:25Now that Mark is 21 years old, he can consider 2024 a great success

00:30because of the trophies and medals he won in the match.

00:34Just like the 10th D.I.B.C. Delta Open Bowling Tournament in Dubai

00:37where he was the overall champion.

00:40I stayed composed because I know that the atmosphere is very intense.

00:47And I just trusted what I knew.

00:53Besides winning the match, Mark also added that he learned something

00:57from every game.

00:59I'm not afraid to lose because I know that I'll be able to learn a lot from it.

01:04So, because of my experience and the knowledge that I have carried with me,

01:12I feel like every time I play in every tournament,

01:17I have a better chance in winning.

01:20Meanwhile, the Lasallian Accountancy student also stated that

01:24he will not neglect his studies and said that he will prepare his own

01:28exams for the next year.
