00:00Pasig City once again proved its dominance in grassroots sports after clinching the overall championship title in the Batang Pinoy 2025 held in Jeverel Santo City.
00:12Pasig tallied an impressive 92 gold, 72 silver, and 87 bronze medals to secure its back-to-back title.
00:19According to Lian Alonso, Special Assistant on Sports Development of Pasig, the success was the result of strong leadership and unwavering support from city officials.
00:31The city will receive a 5 million peso cash prize, while Baguio City with 91 gold, 72 silver, 74 bronze, and Davao City with 53 gold, 53 silver, 68 bronze, finished second and third, earning 4 million pesos and 3 million pesos respectively.
00:49Quezon City, who bagged 45 gold in Manila with 43 gold, completed the top 5, taking home 2 million pesos and 1 million pesos each.
