00:00We're still a long way out of the woods here. We've got to get these ones out of this wake-up
00:23box and into the truck. And we've still got another elephant on the back of this other
00:26flatbed that's come in. And it's absolutely crucial that this one doesn't wake up before
00:30we get these out here. There's definitely a little bit of pressure.
00:56After a long period of sedation, the team is anxious to see the calf and mother reunited.
01:26So we've got the elephants out. Now we're going to get the next one slid into the wake-up
01:42box. This is all go. Once they're in there and they're all standing up, then the big
01:47journey can start. Josh has just reversed the final elephant. So now we get out of here
01:53before she stands up. And hopefully she'll walk peacefully into the truck.
02:10You know, just trying to see this elephant get into the next box. She's pretty aggressive,
02:16she's pretty stubborn, but she has seen that the rest of her family is in that other box.
02:20So she's slowly moving back step by step.
02:29Well, it's early October and traditionally this time of the year is a really, really
02:33hot time of the year. And heat is one of the things that can give these animals the most
02:36stress. So before the journey and a couple of times during the journey, they're going
02:40to get a strong watering down. It's going to keep them nice and cool as they travel.
