00:00You've had Fellows and Manhoef at Stoke in your last two games.

00:03Have you taken a lot of confidence from them?

00:04You've kept them quiet because they're both tricky players, aren't they?

00:07Yes, definitely.

00:09Obviously, really good players.

00:11Before the game, I was obviously doing an analysis on them,

00:14and it was more of how I can

00:18obviously start what they're good at.

00:19And I think I tried my best to do that in both games.

00:23Obviously, there's still improvements that I can make, definitely.

00:26But, yes, I was happy and it's given me a lot of confidence.

00:30Is that manager's trust really nice?

00:31Because I guess he didn't sign you, did he?

00:33But you've clearly earned his trust and he's given you a massive role for the team to do.

00:37Yes, I think, to be fair, I think I have to say thank you myself

00:42because when I started here, I first came here, I wasn't in the team.

00:46And for him to give me the chance and put me in.

00:50And I think the first game I went in, I was at left wing-back, I think.

00:53So, for him to play me there and give me that opportunity,

00:57I think it gave me a whole world of confidence.

00:59So, I think that's put me in good stead for the season.

01:02Yes, how are you finding the level this year?

01:04Because we didn't see you at Plymouth last season,

01:06but you seem to be dealing with it fine.

01:08Do you feel a better play this season round?

01:09Yes, I think just every game that comes, I just feel like I'm learning so much more from last season as well.

01:16I can see where I've improved.

01:18Obviously, I have a loans team from Billa where we go over the games and stuff like that,

01:23and previous loans.

01:24And I think the improvements from last season to now is drastic for myself.

01:30And long may it continue and hopefully I can keep going from here and building.

01:35Yes, I guess the fear for fans when a loan player as well in January has come in,

01:39is that people might be looking.

01:40In your mind, are you here for the full year?

01:42Would you love to do that?

01:43Yes, no, that's completely in my mind.

01:45Just stay here.

01:46I think sometimes you say, don't change something that's working.

01:50So, yes, I'm building here and I'm becoming a better player.

01:54And like I said, long may it continue.

01:57What's the vision for next season?

01:59Are you even thinking about it?

02:00What would you like to be doing?

02:02I think it's tough.

02:04Obviously, back at Billa, there's loads of competition.

02:07So, I think we'll have to take that as it comes.

02:10And next season, pre-season, hopefully try to impress, but we'll see what happens.

02:15Is that what's going on there, even more motivation?

02:17Because it seems pretty unbelievable what Emery's come in and done.

02:20Yes, it's massive.

02:22I've been there throughout and it's never been in a high such position in Europe and stuff like that.

02:29And I think it's buzzing around the camp.

02:32Everyone's really happy and how it's going.

02:35And to be a part of it would be nice.

02:37But obviously, I'm on my own path and to get there, I have to obviously work hard and improve.

02:43If Preston can get winning games, it'll be perfect for you, won't it?

02:46Because I guess two things as a long player, you play and do well yourself.

02:49And ideally, the team does as well.

02:51You've ticked one box.

02:52Yes, I think it works for both, like you said.

02:55I think winning games also brings attention and will make them aware of the team doing really well.

03:02But also, obviously, individual performance.

03:05But for me, it's obviously first and foremost winning the game and how I can help the team to win the game.

03:10And like I said, hopefully we can get more wins on the board and it will look a lot better.
