00:29The embassy also promised to continue to provide assistance

00:37including Cambodia,
00:39in the campaign against human trafficking and other transnational crimes.
00:44The fight against the surrogacy ban in Cambodia
00:47is considered a felony,
00:49and according to their law,
00:51the maximum penalty is up to 15 to 20 years in prison.
