00:12In Barangay Asco in Baguio City, Barangay Captain Jefferson Cheng led the distribution of free fuel to jeepney drivers who

00:19operate and have a staging area in their jurisdiction.

00:22According to the Barangay chief under the Fuel Ayuda program, around 100 jeepney drivers received two liters of free fuel

00:30each.

00:31The funds came from Barangay activities with support from a gas station that provided discounts for the program.
