00:30Furthermore, he stressed Israel will attack if Hezbollah violates the proposed truce.
00:35The agreement allegedly repeats United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701 and involves
00:42the monitoring of the U.S. and France.
00:45Israeli media reported that the cessation of hostilities will take effect at 4 a.m.
00:50local time on Wednesday.
