00:03eat it with a fork again. These are biscuits and gravy muffins. While you
00:07still do have to make most of the components for biscuits and gravy you do
00:10use canned biscuits which I love. You just make your own homemade sausage gravy
00:13which that is 10,000 times better whenever you make it homemade but it's
00:16really super easy. We're gonna make a roux. We've got our butter, the flour. Once it
00:21starts smelling a little toasty we can add in our heavy cream, cayenne pepper,
00:26black pepper, obviously some salt. This is thick. We're gonna open ourselves up a can of
00:32biscuits. Why is this always a little bit scary? Like you never know when this
00:36thing's gonna explode. One biscuit at a time. You can kind of just tear them
00:40right apart and then we're just gonna press it down into a very well greased
00:45muffin tin. Fill them with the sausage gravy, top them with cheese, and put them
00:49in the oven until they're nice and golden brown. Look at this one. It has like
00:53that cheese foot. I mean y'all, crispy biscuit bottom, cheesy top, creamy inside.
