00:08This is the assistance of the government and the Japan International Cooperation Agency, or JICA.

00:22The Philippines and the Japan International Cooperation Agency or JICA

00:28will assist in implementing the early warning system in the country in the event of a typhoon.

00:44This was discussed after the courtesy call of JICA President Dr. Tanaka Akihiko

00:51to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. in Malacanang.

00:58to address the challenges facing us due to climate change.

01:03The Executive Board of the Philippine Government also gave the opportunity

01:07to continue the programs on clean energy,

01:10which is one of the solutions for the changing times.

01:32it considered the Philippine's outstanding performance in the event of a typhoon
