00:28child support, and loans have been deducted. This new system also highlighted the government's
00:33efforts to elevate the living standards of Malaysians. To lead a decent life,
00:38Putrajaya has determined that a household must be able to afford not only basic necessities,
00:43but also personal needs and opportunities to participate in community activities.
