00:33On Monday, the court granted permission for judicial review proceedings to find out
00:38what's in an internal investigation report by the Northwest Regional Health Authority.
00:43That means bereaved mothers can now legally challenge the NWRH's decision to not share details of the report.
00:51The babies died between April 2nd and April 9th due to a bacterial outbreak.
00:57In July, a Freedom of Information Act request was filed through attorneys Senior Counsel Anand Ramlokal and Siwan Devsaran.
01:05However, the NWRHA said it was exempt from disclosure.
