00:35I started becoming a fitness instructor was because in the plus size space it's so hard to

00:40be represented when it comes to fitness classes and you always feel that little bit of awkwardness

00:45going into the gym and starting a new class and everyone looks amazing and so really the whole

00:50point of me kind of doing the classes was to open it up to everyone to feel super inspired,

00:57super comfortable in doing anything that they want to do. I'm stupid, I go wrong, you know,

01:05I'm a normal person and I think that really relates to a lot of people that come to my classes I'm

01:11sure. Yeah, cool, good. And then obviously I found JLATS whose mission is very much the same,

01:17you know, representing every kind of body shape and making us feel amazing.
