00:00So when the local council said it was a version of bankruptcy, my understanding is effectively
00:10their systems can't really pick up all the inflows of coming in and outflows.
00:17I think the local council has made some decisions which affect local businesses. With the new
00:24clean air zone, that's affected the Birmingham city centre quite a lot. So a lot of businesses
00:29they are struggling. High rates on the business rates have gone up. So I think all of these
00:33things should be taken into consideration. They should rethink their strategy. They've
00:38put up new bus lanes, they've reduced parking for businesses. So overall these things are
00:43affecting local businesses and local people as well.
00:47Regarding Birmingham, it's obviously to do with the non-climate to the women and they
00:52haven't got to sort that debt out. Those women are owed a lot of money and it's got to be
00:57paid and it's bankrupted Birmingham basically.
