01:01We begin with the news.

01:17In Cuba, the government remains vigilant of the earthquakes of 6 and 6.7 that shook the

01:22southern coast of the island and other Caribbean nations on November 10.

01:25Cuban authorities reported no fatalities, but at least seven people were injured, as

01:29well as damage to houses and streets.

01:31Likewise, the National Seismological Service said that about 885 aftershocks and more than

01:3736 reports of perceptible tremors were registered in the province of Granma.

01:41So far, seismic activity continues to be monitored to identify any other similar phenomena.

01:46In Santiago de Cuba province, work and school activities were assumed as normal, as the

01:51authorities confirmed safety conditions.

01:55The Jamaica Meteorological Service is on alert Tuesday for a tropical wave, which due to

02:04conditions in the Caribbean Sea could develop into a tropical cyclone.

02:07The tropical wave is slow-moving and is influencing Hispaniola, so it could be in Jamaica by Tuesday

02:15or Wednesday.

02:16According to the entity, the projections are for cloudy conditions with periods of showers

02:20and thunderstorms, which could be strong at times, to affect specially south and northwest

02:25of the country through Wednesday night.

02:27The tropical wave could merge with a broad area of low pressure across the southwestern

02:31Caribbean Sea, giving it a 50% chance of becoming a tropical cyclone in the next seven days.

02:43And in Colombia, the disaster risk management unit sent the first 10,000 food kits to the

02:48Department of Chocó, which was recently hit by heavy rains and severe flooding.

02:52The entity activated operational tasks including the Army, Police, Navy, Air and Space Force,

02:57Civil Defense, Firefighters and Red Cross to attend to the emergency in that territory.

03:02In the same vein, and with resources from the Collective Investment Fund, the national

03:06government allocated some $625,000 to attend to the damage caused by the rainy season in

03:11the communities of Chocó.

03:13According to official data, 25 of the 31 municipalities in this department have suffered

03:17some type of damage, and at present more than 30,000 families have been affected.

03:29And Colombian authorities reported this November 11 that the San José Mulatos volcano erupted,

03:34located in the Department of Antioquia in the northwest of the country.

03:37The San José Mulatos volcano emitted a flare of fire at approximately 700 hours local time,

03:42which triggered a cloud of smoke in the area.

03:45Technical Director of the Colombian Geological Service, John Macario, reported that these

03:50volcanoes have very small and restricted eruptions.

03:53Secretary General of San Pedro de Uraba, Alexander González, reported that the expulsion of

04:59And in Haiti, entrepreneur Alex Didier Foussaint was sworn on November 11 as new prime minister

05:05following the removal of Gary Coneo, who described the move as illegal and unconstitutional.

06:15The United Nations approved a Russian resolution to combat the glorification of Nazism.

06:20The vote was supported by 116 countries, while 54 countries voted against, including Germany,

06:25Canada, France, Japan, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, and the United States.

06:29Meanwhile, 11 countries abstained.

06:32This resolution aims to reject the glorification of totalitarian regimes, particularly the

06:36Nazi regime, and the denial of its crimes, including the Holocaust.

06:40It also seeks to condemn the rehabilitation of figures and symbols associated with Nazism,

06:45as well as the justification of its crimes, calling on countries to avoid historical distortion,

06:50especially in relation to war crimes committed during the Second World War.

07:01In Lebanon, a new attack by the Israeli occupation army resulted in the death of at least 14

07:19people in the Akkar region, in north of the country.

07:22Authorities reported that the targets of the attacks were homes in the town of Ein Jakob,

07:2612 kilometers from the Syrian border, which is also an area where Israeli attacks are

07:30rare.

07:31Syrians and displaced Lebanese residents are reported to be among the dead and wounded,

07:35while rescue teams continue the search for people trapped under rubble.

07:39The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health said 54 people have died in the last 24 hours,

07:43bringing the death toll to 3,243 since October 2003, including 201 children.

07:52In Palestine, at least 10 people were killed by an Israeli occupation army bombardment

08:01on a humanitarian area in the Gaza Strip.

12:07The meeting welcomed 350 representatives of 170 organizations, companies, journalists,

12:16a platform for cultural exchange and cooperation.

12:19China and Brazil, as organizers of the forum, sent a message to the attendees highlighting

12:24the fundamental role of the nations of the Global South in the current contemporary scenario.

12:29Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a letter to the forum expressing his country's willingness

12:34to promote multilateralism and to advocate an equitable and orderly multipolarity in

12:47And in Lima, Peru, more than 13,000 police officers are being prepared for the Asia-Pacific

12:52Economic Cooperation Summit.

12:53The Peruvian government plans to guarantee the security of the summit, which is taking

12:59The President of the United States, Joe Biden, and China, Xi Jinping, are heading the meeting
