00:09Held from Nov. 2 to 3 along three historic streets in Georgetown, the festival drew thousands,
00:15immersing them in the city's charm through a lively mix of food and entertainment.
00:20Organized by the Service Center of Tanjong MP Lim Hui Ying, with support from the Penang
00:25State Government and Penang Global Tourism, the event also featured dynamic performances
00:30along with a variety of live music and dance to enhance the festive atmosphere.
00:35Lim, who is also Deputy Finance Minister, launched the event by stir-frying a plate
00:40of char kway teow under the guidance of local culinary celebrity Chef Zam.
00:46Also present were Pengkalan Kota Assemblyman Wong Yui Hang, Air Itam Assemblyman Joseph
00:51Ng Soon Siang, and Penang Island Mayor Datuk A Rajendran.
