Terry Archbold jumped from the skies for charity to help Sunderland's Red Sky Foundation - a year after his daughter received a new heart.

00:08First time skydiving, first time getting out of a plane that's not on the ground.

00:14Nervous, excited, but happy to be doing it for a brilliant cause, the Red Sky Foundation

00:25So which part of the jump do you think you'll be enjoying the most?

00:28Probably the landing.

00:29The parachute opening, I guess.
