00:00The World Health Organization is in charge of increasing the number of cases of tuberculosis.

00:05According to the WHO, the number of cases of TB has reached 8.2 million,

00:10which is the highest number of cases since 1995.

00:14The number of cases of TB has decreased from 1.32 million in 2022

00:20to 1.25 million in 2023.

00:24But according to the WHO, the number is possibly higher

00:28because not everyone is testing positive for the disease.

00:31For this reason, they called on the countries to be more vigilant against TB.
