00:00an electric bus that runs from Carmarthen to Aberystwyth.
00:03It starts its journey from the showground, where it's charged its batteries.
00:07It makes its way into Carmarthen for its first pick-up to pick up patrons.
00:11But what used to be a park-and-ride service no longer exists at Carmarthen showground,
00:17allowing patrons to park in the showground and get a bus access into the town centre.
00:22Yet, the bus continues to travel that route, yet is not allowing passengers to travel between
00:28the showground and Llamas Street.
00:29This is a bit of a weird anomaly, especially when we're advocating for more and more people
00:33to use the bus services.
00:34Could I ask that you speak with Traws Cymru to see why is this happening?
00:38Can we not get patrons onto the bus from the showground, so that they can travel into Carmarthen
00:43town to Llamas Street, or onwards to Aberystwyth, if they so wish?
00:47I'm very grateful to Sam Coates for raising this issue, and I assure him I will ask officials
00:52and Transport for Wales to examine this particular problem.
