In management, the Bermuda Triangle Effect can manifest as:
1. Organizational Dysfunction: When projects or people get "lost" in bureaucratic complexity or inefficiency. 2. Communication Breakdown: When important data or messages are consistently lost or misunderstood within an organization. 3. Mystification in Decision-Making: When leaders encounter seemingly unexplainable setbacks in strategic initiatives.
Dr. Arora draws parallels between this concept and real-life examples such as the Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link project, which faced decades of delays due to bureaucratic red tape, and the oxygen crisis during the 2021 pandemic, where communication failures led to resource shortages. These cases highlight how the Bermuda Triangle Effect can disrupt progress and create confusion.
