On October 15, the Karnataka High Court dismissed a criminal case filed in connection with allegedly raising "Jai Shri Ram" slogan inside a mosque. The court said it is not understandable how the "Jai Shri Ram" slogan would hurt the religious feelings of any community. The court quashed a case lodged against two people who were accused under IPC Section 295A for allegedly raising “Jai Shri Ram” slogans in a mosque. The court also noted that the complainant in the case had himself said that Hindus and Muslims were living in harmony in the concerned area. Watch the video to know more.
