Pink Up Berry 2024 Luncheon

00:00Because we don't have events.

00:02We're not like the usual typical charity.

00:04We don't do balls, we don't do events, we do campaigns.

00:07And how Pink Up Berry, no, how Pink Up Your Town started

00:12is because there's a man in Mudgy called Hugh Bateman.

00:15And he had the property shop in Mudgy.

00:18Yeah, he does.

00:21In Mudgy.

00:22And what he wanted to do is raise funds

00:23for the local community.

00:25And he got a pink tractor, and you do,

00:28and he went around New South Wales, 2,600 kilometers,

00:31stopping at different real estate agents.

00:33And each real estate agent had a fundraising event for him.

00:37And over two weeks, as he said,

00:39and over two weeks he had a sore bum,

00:41but he raised $340,000 for the foundation.

00:44Because we don't support the people,

00:46we are healthcare professionals

00:48with graduate certificates and briskets,

00:52and it seems to me.

00:53And there's always new things coming into the space,

00:55and things are constantly changing,

00:56so we've got a network as well.

00:58We can message pretty much the whole country

01:01and ask questions, and everyone can give us their feedback

01:04on what they've experienced with that situation.

01:06So we have that support and that network.
