00:00Get to know people in and outside your industry.

00:03Don't stand still, because if you stand still in this new world, you'll go backwards.

00:07I would say lead with purpose, use your voice, and use it loudly.

00:11Ask questions. Be humble enough to understand that you can ask questions.

00:16And I think when you do that, it's a great learning opportunity.

00:18Be curious. Always be learning.

00:20My advice would be to prepare hard to finish easy.

00:24And what I mean by that is to take every opportunity that you can to continue to grow and build your foundation.

00:29So that way you're very well-rounded.

00:31So when the time comes for you to start taking those more senior-level roles,

00:35you have a lot more depth of experience than your peers will have.

00:38Maintain your network. Stay in touch with key people you never know through your career

00:42how that networking could serve you or that you can use it to serve others.

00:47Listen and be really, really curious.

00:49You know, I tell Gen Z to try to do it all because you can add fun.

00:54You can add learning. You can add education.

00:57You can add relationships.

00:59And I think that's what builds the next leaders of this country, of these companies,

01:04of this time and space that we're in right now.

01:06Learn as much as you can about as many different topics as you can

01:10to determine what you really have passion around.

01:13Do the next few things.
