00:15The difficulties that new housing social projects face today are the difficulties
00:20of the market, therefore construction costs are getting higher and higher, the costs of
00:24areas or buildings to be demolished and rebuilt are very high and also the cost of capital
00:31is much higher than what we faced 20 years ago when this experience started.
00:35I think that the Foundation can help the discussion between public and private parties in the
00:41third sector to create the conditions that help to address these problems.
