00:00We hope to be able to become or remain, as they have seen us, a subject of reference for those who carry out social residential development.
00:16In these 20 years, we have worked with almost all the operators who do this, trying to spread awareness,
00:25because in recent years it has been very difficult to carry out these interventions,
00:29because they are already interventions that are complex in their nature,
00:33but in addition they are very difficult to carry out because the margins are very risky,
00:39because it takes a very strong control over costs, quality, the offer that is made,
00:45but above all also on the procedures, on the processes.
00:48And so what we have done has also been to spread a culture in this sense,
00:54and therefore to speak with public administrations, to speak with the subjects who carry out social housing,
01:00and in some way also to share what we have learned also through the subjects with which we collaborate,
01:08which are basically our clients, if we can call them that.
01:13So yes, my answer is affirmative.
01:16The Social Housing Foundation, in fact, the more we go forward,
01:19because initially we were very much identified as an instrument of the Carripo Foundation,
01:23and we are objectively linked to the Carripo Foundation,
01:26but now our experience has expanded, it has expanded to other activities,
01:32and it has expanded to many subjects who ask us to participate in projects.
01:37So we also feel a bit of this institutional role,
01:41because in any case a part of the time of our work is dedicated to this.
01:45We have the possibility to do it, because in a certain sense we have a part of the resources that allows us to do it,
01:51and therefore we have the possibility to disseminate knowledge and to speak with institutions
01:57because they carry out programs in this sense.
