00:00I just stepped outside the door and noticed a colleague of mine having what appeared to

00:06me to be some kind of seizure. All of a sudden it was like autopilot set in and I remembered

00:13how to put her into the recovery position and I remembered that was really important.

00:17I was just so pleased that I'd had that background knowledge in order to do what we needed to

00:22do to just keep her safe. Somebody cared enough and was trained enough to save my life. This

00:34thing, a thank you isn't enough so I get a bit emotional. I've been able to learn a lot

00:45of first aiding skills and I'm hoping to use them when I go forward to volunteer. I get

00:51so much personally from being a youth leader it's so rewarding. I get to see the young people grow

00:56and develop and learn to challenge themselves in a new environment for them. I knew that I was in

01:04the right hands and all I could do was trust in them. All I could think about instead of all the

01:16people around me and all the billions of people watching was left, right, left, right. Glad you're

01:24okay. And I remember looking at you and thinking this man, he's dying. To go from being dead to

01:36pushing my hands off. Yeah. We'll be right in a minute.
