00:28On the other hand, we will have a very famous chef, Peppe Guida,
00:32who will propose us his gourmet version.
00:34But also in this gourmet version we will find the memories,
00:37the family, our Italian culture,
00:40and therefore also a piece of his childhood memories.
00:43White meat is confirmed as the favorite of Italians.
