00:46Niche Living's profiles on real estate websites appear to have been rebranded
00:51as Australian Property Alliance but are selling what appear to be Niche Living properties.
00:56Niche Living's construction arm, Projects, currently owes the Tax Office $3.8 million.
01:02Its rebranded Australian Property Alliance also has an outstanding ATO debt of $1.2 million.
