00:23We're now hearing that the townhouses that aren't even moved in are getting robbed from appliances that are in there.

00:44Some fixes were initially done by Bathler, but with the company on the brink, Murray doesn't know where to turn.
00:51The administrators for Bathler have secured funding for a third of the company's 45 active projects.
00:57But the ABC understands Avoca Park isn't on that list and its lender hasn't replied to requests for comment.
