00:00And here you go Project T Top Coupe TMI Products Pro Series Trans Am Seats.

00:07Here's a comparo for you. This is the stock Mustang seat. This is not from an

00:1486. This is from I believe an 88 or maybe an 89 Mustang but it is a Mustang stock

00:21seat nonetheless and this is the seat that I went with to replace the stock

00:27seat. This is TMI Products Pro Series Trans Am Seat for Fox Mustangs 79 to 93

00:32Mustangs and just want to give you a look at the the differences. Similar but

00:37different. This is a medium gray is the color so ie charcoal and as you see the

00:42insert was selected to somewhat match the material that was used in the

00:47original seat. The big deal the big differences are up close here. Look at

00:52that look how thick look how thick all that bolstering is and the TMI seat and

00:59the headrest is adjustable three positions and then look at the stocker

01:02it looks almost flimsy by comparison. It isn't you know flimsy but look how much

01:09more robust the TMI is. It's built for comfort. It's built to carry the driver

01:14and the passenger really encompass driver and passenger around the torso

01:19area and also in the thigh and and butt area and here you go with the

01:26stocker. In here you don't have any type of a bracing you just have foam

01:32basically in the thigh bolster and the TMI seat this is built with metal inside

01:37here to really give it shape and give it structure give it good support so it

01:42won't in a sense fall over like this one has over time where the foam is pretty

01:47much kind of had it in this area this is both our driver seats actually these

01:52are both driver seats so that's what I wanted to show you as comparison. This is

01:56basically formed off a seat shell as is this but there's just more rigidity in

02:04it. One of the I guess bigger differences that I'll have to compensate for

02:08somehow is in here you had just below the knees I guess you could say this

02:15piece would slide out and in this area here I ran the crotch belt through this

02:21void here and I'll have to now run it up over the seat from my five-point safety

02:26harness but that's not a big deal just wanted to give you a real side-by-side

02:31comparison and we did this because it does look like a stock Mustang seat

02:37we'll see what happens once it's installed and final final look at it but

02:41what it uh kind of like a double-take effect somebody walks by the car and

02:46takes a look inside it's like oh those are nice seats Mustang seat oh wait a

02:49minute hold it what kind of seats are those they are TMI Pro Series Trans Am

02:54seats for Fox Mustang and I'm pretty happy with them we'll get them in the
