00:06and we judged them based on the complexity of the flavor,

00:09the balance of flavors, and also the texture.

00:12The group was really excited to taste 60 caviars,

00:14but got caviar out very, very quickly.

00:17It smells a little like pond water.

00:21I don't love it.

00:21Turns out 60 caviars is a lot of caviar.

00:24Like aftertaste is very fishy.

00:26Cat food and glue stick.

00:29I think it's deeply unpleasant.

00:31It's snotty.

00:36For a caviar that's perfect for every occasion

00:42A caviar that's really good with food,

00:44I would recommend California Caviar Company's

00:47Royal White Sturgeon Caviar.

00:48It has this really bold but smooth salinity

00:51that would be extremely nice on top of something creamy

00:54and rich like a baked potato or even a scoop of ice cream.

00:57If you're looking for a more affordable option,

00:59I would recommend Noir's Hackleback Caviar.
