00:00Cower Bakery in Sheffield, South Yorkshire started up selling croissants and 120 different
00:08artisan products. But due to lack of storage spaces at one of their venues, they decided
00:15to just sell croissants as their main vessel. These unusual fillings for their croissants
00:21from Fish Fingers, yes, to Blueberry Dream, Sweet Nutella and Falafel for vegetarians.
00:30They've done all sorts of fillings over the years and now they've got bigger and better
00:35they say, with lots of different venues popping up across the north of England.
00:43One of the latest additions to their menu is their new Wagyu beef croissant. The Wagyu
00:49was sourced from Wortley Wagyu which is also local between Sheffield and Rotherham. They
00:54also do cruffins, a mix between a muffin and a croissant, as well as all sorts of weird
