00:07We all know why they do it.

00:08You're going to go back, you're going to stay, you're going to spend money, right?

00:11But it's one of these instances where in the sports industry, they'll always refund somebody

00:18for something ridiculously stupid too, like sports books in the modern era.

00:23But they'll never refund somebody that a brutal bad beat and lost by half a point on the final

00:28play of the game.

00:29Right, so, you know, this little let's hook up people that lose, I'm not a big fan of

00:35it.

00:36Like, I don't really, you know, I find it to be insulting to people that are actually,

00:40you know what I mean?

00:41That should get a bonus.

00:42So if you lose in two weeks, you get an empathy package too, at what point does this empathy

00:45package stop?

00:46It's a great property, and we love Derek Stevens, but as someone on the other side, on the winning

00:53side so far, I'm not a fan of giving the losers two free nights in a hotel.
