01:29My name's Freda State and I'm a food artist.
01:31You're no stranger to Ludlow Castle, are you?
01:33You did make a chocolate record that actually played previously, didn't you?
01:37I did, yes.
01:38Which was quite amazing, and we did that here at the castle.
01:41So what are you using for your palette of colours?
01:45Is it food then? Is that the deal?
01:48So this is buttercream.
01:51It's different colours of buttercream.
01:53And we're making an interactive Van Gogh.
01:58And how long do you expect this to take?
02:00I mean, you've set yourself a challenge.

02:03Yeah, I was hoping to get this one done today, but we might be finishing it off tomorrow.
02:08And the idea is that people can come along, have a go,
02:11they can add their own blob of icing to the creation.

02:46I'm doing fish because I've just written a cookbook on barbecuing fish.
02:50What's the book called? Give us a shout.
02:51It's called Scorched.

02:53It's part of a trilogy.
02:54Yeah, yeah.
02:55The last one in the trilogy was charred, which is vegetables,
02:59and seared, which is meat.
03:01It's becoming increasingly popular, isn't it?

03:04Yeah, there's a lot of fire.
03:06And it's just a nice excuse to be outside.

03:10It's people like Jen that manage to open people's eyes

03:19I can speak first hand for Jen's clams in cream and whiskey.
