00:25So Jess, what are these Great Taste Awards? Just fill us in a little bit.
00:28We've won seven awards across a variety of our departments this year.
00:32So I'm really proud of all the team. Everyone's got something slightly different.
00:36We've got some new products and some new recipes and also some of our much-loved classics as well.
00:42Cool. So yeah, I mean, that's good going, isn't it?
00:45That's a real stamp of approval for what you do here when you're getting seven awards.
00:49Absolutely. We're all about Great Taste and this is a perfect way to celebrate it.
00:53And I'm loving the sound of those Ploughman sausages. So what's we got going on in them, John?
00:57Just ingredients-wise.
01:01Teresa's Ploughman's Pickle, which has also won an award.
01:04Well done, Teresa.
01:06We've got mature cheddar cheese and free-range pork.
01:13It's all butchered in-house, so we've combined those three flavours almost like a Ploughman's lunch in a sausage.
01:20Yeah, yeah. I don't think I fully appreciated that you're kind of doing your own products here.
01:26Absolutely.
01:26I think I thought more it was just like a shop and other products were going on the shelf.
01:32No, so much more than just a shop. There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes.
01:36So we've got a variety of departments and different production units and they are always open, always busy.
01:41Cool. And you've got tons of stuff going on. Get yourselves down, guys. You've even got a Galleries in there.
01:47Yes, we've got an Artist Gallery as well, yeah. Gift shop, cafe, a restaurant with rooms and also our distillery on site as well.
