00:00I think at the start of the season, it was very much about maintaining the status in the league,

00:03but has that changed after what you've seen in the six weeks?

00:07We're competing very well.

00:09I'm not going to come out and say to you

00:12that we're going to do this and that, but I think the players are enjoying competing.

00:17It's a really good test for them.

00:19There's some really good players on show, both teams,

00:22and the players are enjoying it. And it's about trying to stabilise the club,

00:27whether that be mid-table or higher.

00:31We'll just have to have a look at it at Christmas maybe and see where we're at.

00:35You spoke when you took the job about wanting to manage higher,

00:38so you've done it with the club you came into.

00:41Are you enjoying the challenge of managing at this level?

00:43Yes, I'm loving it.

00:44Obviously, I think,

00:48no disrespect to some other teams last year,

00:51but we have to prepare better and that's one thing we've done more.

00:57We've prepared better off the pitch.

01:00The club are doing everything they can and our preparation,

01:03I think, has been a key factor in some of the results we've had.

01:07We've had different game plans for every team we've come up against,

01:11so they seem to be working at the moment,

01:14but when they don't work, you're the bad man.
