00:28 Yeah I think personally the best wishes to Tony Mowbray. I think he would be the first

00:32 person to say he wants to be in the dugout, he wants to help Birmingham. He's a proper

00:36 footballing man, a real gent as well and such a lovely bloke the few times I did speak to

00:40 him. He'll be gutted that he can't continue but at the end of the day his health has to

00:44 come first. He's had major surgery, we're not exactly sure what that is but that doesn't

00:48 matter. He's still recovering from that, it was a few months ago and he's still having

00:53 to build his health back at home. So I think it's the right decision at the end of the

00:56 day. It's also been very selfless to tell Birmingham so quickly by the end of the season,

01:02 before the summer transfer window has begun, so the new manager can come in, he can begin

01:06 to clear out of who he wants and they can have a proper preparation ahead of next season

01:10 because it is so important trying to get back to the Championship as soon as possible, especially

01:15 with the ownership and how ambitious they are. There's a few candidates so far but it's

01:19 not going to be a very quick decision I don't think for Blues. Maybe take a week or two

01:23 to get their man in, I could be proven wrong. Alex Neil, the old Stoke City boss, Sunderland

01:29 as well, Norwich City he's managed before. He's had three promotions in his career so

01:33 he's got a good track record. I don't think Blues fans are too keen on him though because

01:37 of some comments he's made about the club in the past and how he's been in opposition

01:41 press conferences. He's not quite been that man that Blues fans are going to warn to straight

01:45 away, the initial reaction to that one's been pretty poor. Paul Heckingbottom is another

01:50 name who's been mentioned. Of course got promoted for Sheffield United to the Premier League

01:54 a couple of years ago. He was sacked halfway through the season because of how poorly the

01:58 Blades were doing. In the end Chris Wilder came back and showed that it wasn't Heckingbottom's

02:02 fault, it was just the squad not being good enough, they weren't prepared well enough

02:06 for the Premier League. So I think he'd be a really good appointment and I think Blues

02:10 fans have been a bit more welcoming to his name on the books. And then Liam Rosinia was

02:14 the big standout candidate when the Mowbray News broke but he's not going to want to drop

02:19 down to League One unfortunately for Blues fans.

02:21 Looking over social media it seems like Blues fans are resetting their minds. The Championship's

02:28 gone, it seems like the turnaround of being annoyed at the club is gone. It shows that

02:34 there is ambition there and they can really get behind the new owners. As you say they

02:38 are very ambitious despite a relegation which is something that is absolutely terrible for

02:43 the club. It doesn't seem to be hitting the same as if another club got relegated. So

02:49 that does show some positive signs for this ownership and Birmingham City.

02:56 Absolutely I think they'd be on thin ice had they not shown so much ambition. The new stadium

03:01 plans as well and obviously Tom Brady coming in has helped. The promise of spending a lot

03:05 of money not just on the facilities but on other players as well in the future. If it

03:09 wasn't for that I think Blues fans would have turned on them and rightly so. But they are

03:13 showing that ambition. It is their fault I suppose that they have got relegated. So much

03:17 uncertainty last year, so many different managers. But they are trying to make amends for that

03:21 and they've got a second chance now to prove their worth.
