00:37perseverance, pride. It represents the guts and the grit of our people.
00:422024 saw some development like the introduction of new categories, a vacation camp, almost 40 new participants and the revival of a
00:52practice which the Minister says can help preserve our authenticity.
00:57And we brought the action back as to what we know food and folk fare to be. For this year, I think the first time in a really long time,
01:07I must say it's the first time that I've experienced it, all participants had to cook the food on site on a fireside. We haven't seen that in a long time.
01:18A series of competitions took place in villages across the length and breadth of TNT, which allowed each to display their red, white and black like
01:27spoken word, village chat, poetry and a Nancy chat. And efforts like these, the guest of honor says, go a long way in fueling that fire of patriotic pride.
01:40And don't ever let anybody tell you all differently. As you enter sometimes a silly season, people try to confuse us, the citizens.
01:49But we have so much that is beautiful from our steel band or Tasa to what we would witness tonight to the beauty of our women or men or children and all that we've done.
