00:00I'd start with what is clearly the really good news is Brandon Coleman um fully participated
00:07in practice. We got to talk to Coleman afterwards. He was extremely upbeat. I thought Dan Quinn
00:13was pretty clear. It seems like he's ready to start Coleman. Um who you got at starting left
00:20tackle as of as of Thursday at 10 10 a.m. Coleman or Lucas? Based off the excitement, Coleman.
00:27The based off of the way that they've talked about it and stuff like that and how
00:31Dan seemed excited and all and then once a guy goes full go, you feel he's going to be there
00:36but like I said, you never know. Certainly, never know. I mean, things could happen tomorrow. I asked
00:41DQ specifically about Coleman because do you remember a few weeks back? Um he said, you know,
00:48I don't need to see him in the preseason to start him week one but I'd I'd want to, right? So, I
00:54asked him. I was like, alright, well, the preseason's over and you didn't get to see him.
00:58How uh how do you feel and and he gave me a good answer. He said, it's an example of you can only
01:05control the things that you can. So, would it have been better to see him in the preseason? Yes but
01:10okay, that is not how it went down. The players really put in the work and he's really ready to
01:15go. So, yes, we're excited to get him into it. Would it have been better for him and anybody
01:19else? Of course but like I said, you can only control what you can control. Some of those
01:23questions would have been answered. You wouldn't have to worry about certain things. Uh every
01:27every every season, I don't care if you've been in the league one year, first year, 10 years,
01:33everybody wants to get through that first play, that first series. He hasn't played that yet.
01:39So, not only is he concerned, the coaches are concerned. They want to know where he's at and
01:44you may not find it out until the ball is snapped. You know what I mean? Right. So, I think that
01:50that's the whole thing about it, you know, because like I told you every time I played a game,
01:55I returned a punt. I mean a kickoff. I was still nervous until I caught the first punt.
02:01You know, because it was one thing that you can get 10 of them and all 10 are different.
02:05So, I was more concerned about that than anything else in the game every time I went into a game.
02:10So, the first season, although I went through preseason, when I started the regular season,
02:15you don't want to start off bad. So, that that worried me until I caught the first one.
