00:14An MECC source said several documents were seized in the raid and witnesses are being
00:19identified to be summoned to give statements to assist in the probe.
00:25The source added that the investigation is focused on the submission of claims with false
00:28details involving the payment of about RM2.7 billion.
00:34The source said MECC would also investigate elements of other crimes in the project under
00:38the MECC Act 2009.
00:42MECC Investigation Division Senior Director Hishamuddin Hashim confirmed the probe and
00:47raids when contacted.
00:50A raid was also conducted at a government office today, the source said.
00:56The controversial OneBestariNet project was initiated by Muhyiddin Yassin as the Education
01:00Minister then and awarded to YTL Communications in 2011.
