00:20He added that PN was open to accepting other parties to further strengthen the coalition

00:28MIC president SA Vigneswaran announced on Saturday that the party was open to talks with other
00:34parties, while Deputy President M Saravanan said the party's direction would be decided
00:39at its annual general meeting in October.
00:41Saravanan recently said that MIC felt like an unwanted guest in the current government
00:46as it had not been offered any posts.
00:49Hashim also said PAS rejected any calls to join the unity government even if the party was
00:54offered the position of Deputy Prime Minister.
00:57He said the party would not join the unity government as long as DAP is in it due to negative experiences
01:02in the past.
01:03However, he added that the door to cooperation with UMNO remains open.
