As a newcomer to the now series of films, Burn Gorman tells THR at the London premiere that it was "very special" to be part of 'Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.'

00:00Tell me about getting cast in a Tim Burton film.

00:03Dude, it was the sort of moment that you want, don't you, in your career, and I've been lucky

00:09enough to work on some films, but something like this, especially because it was shot

00:13in Britain, and obviously Tim has a great love of the UK, etc, etc, so it was very,

00:19very special to be a very small part of it. I haven't actually seen it yet, so I'm hoping

00:24I'm still in the movie, but yeah, it was great.

00:26You are, you're in for a dream.

00:27Oh, good.

00:28And what is it like being on a Tim Burton set? Can you provide any sort of behind-the-scenes

00:32insight for his fans?

00:34Yeah, if you can imagine a sort of scenario where there's, sort of feels like there's

00:41no pressure, even though there should be a huge amount of pressure. Creatively, obviously,

00:45as an actor, you really want to get on with your cast mates, one, you want to feel free

00:49and be able to try things out, etc, so it very much had that feeling of the sort of

00:54sandbox. Obviously, Tim, Michael, Catherine, Winona from the original were, you know,

01:00know each other and sort of relax with each other, but they also were very welcoming to

01:04us newcomers, so it was actually really nice. Sometimes it didn't feel like work, which

01:09I think is the highest compliment.

01:10And, you know, no spoilers, but what can you sort of promise fans that are going to watch

01:15this film in the cinema?

01:16I'm so sorry, I haven't seen the film, so I don't know, because I wanted to see it with

01:21my girls, they're so happy. But to be honest, you know, 36 years later, we're all, I'm sure

01:27you've seen it, and we've all got this sort of warmth towards it, there's a lot of nostalgia,

01:31but it's also something which is a completely original idea, and as you know, there aren't

01:38huge amount of original ideas coming out of Hollywood, you know, they're still there,

01:43but this is one that we all feel very close to and almost have ownership of, so anyway,

01:50great to be involved.
